I am writing to you and through you to local associations, regional, provincial kite, kite groups, schools and Instructors Kite AAK, for the purpose to inform you that on the day of the date in astonishment I saw a notice kite tournament, which contains a logo AAK. This is the Civil Association Patagonica Kite, an entity of which I have no knowledge of its Statute or Charter and that is not adhering to the Standards and Recommendations for safe practice AAK's Kiteboard. I understand that he must have committed a grave error, since we have not been requested for use of our logo to promote a kite event and we know that no legal authority required to organize an event kite ¨ • Open much less to bind the AAK with that organization.

I hope the responsible for that error is rectified quickly and I reserve the rights to legal action.
